If we have come under the influence of God's REIGN of GRACE in Jesus Christ, then MERCY towards others will characterize our lives. We cannot claim to have repented of our sins and experienced God's grace and mercy if we are unmerciful and lacking in grace towards the sins of others. We SHOW by our HABITUAL MERCIFUL DEEDS that we have RESPONDED to God's LOVE and are LIVING UNDER His GRACE.
