Jesus is saying that if we are Kingdom citizens then WE ARE MEEK. If we KNOW Jesus Christ to be our Savior from sin...if we KNOW Him to be our Sovereign Lord...then already now we have an INNER STRENGTH and VICTORY that will manifest itself not in domination, but in GENTLENESS and RESPECT. There is no need to dominate when we KNOW that we already have ALL THINGS in Christ.
