"Thanksgiving" for Christians is something different and FAR MORE MEANINGFUL. Our THANKSGIVING is ROOTED in the Word of God that reveals the Story of God for the SALVATION of the world in Jesus Christ. It's never first of all about the material blessings received from the PROVIDENTIAL HAND of God. It is FIRST and FOREMOST about the GIFT of God Who brings NEW LIFE in a NEW CREATION. It's about Jesus Christ. Through Him all of God's people can make a JOYFUL NOISE and WORSHIP the LORD with GLADNESS.
