How do we lead? Are we leading in a way that leads to a FLOURISHING of LIFE in the ones ENTRUSTED to our care? Do we lead in TRUTH and GRACE and ALWAYS in LOVE? Do we model Jesus in our WORDS and ACTIONS? This is about CENTERING our lives in a Gospel Word.
Where WE FAIL, God COMES and LEADS.  The LORD Himself will be our Good Shepherd.
