Here are some helpful hints for downloading our services:
 

• To "download" means to transfer the file from our web server to your computer. Since these file sizes are large it is strongly suggested that you have "high speed" Internet (DSL or Cable) to download these services. Even with high speed Internet you will have to be patient since it takes some time to download. A wait of 10 to 15 minutes may be common, and it will be even longer if you have a dial in connection.
• Do not just click on the file! Instead you want to put your cursor over the link and then "right click" (Hold down the control key and then click if you are on a Macintosh computer) on the link. A box should pop up with several options. You will want to choose the option that says either "Save Target As" or "Save Link As". This will start the download process. Remember to be patient and allow the file time to fully download before you try to listen to it!
